Repair Damaged Hair

What to outsmart your hair? You can learn how to repair damage hair by starting with the scalp.

Your scalp is where everything starts, so keeping it healthy strengthens the hair.

Feed your scalp.
Oil your scalp daily to prevent breakage and restore health.

Deep Condition…
Condition your hair with every wash, using a protein condition will help to restore the hair.

Stop over processing.
Do not use a relaxer and color, choose one or the other, or opt for neither.

Eliminate Heated Styling Tools.
Hot tools only cause hair to break and dry out stop frying your hair and wrap it for the straight look.

Don’t pull your hair tight.
Pulling hair back too tightly cause breakage in the nape area.

Choose the correct products.
When you wash your hair, you wash moisture out of your hair. Opt for natural products such as jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, and chamomile as ingredients to keep an out for.

Don’t leave braids in too long.
If you pull the hair too tight around the hair line, you’ll see the hair break off around the braid. Be sure to use moisturizing products in between the braids.

After taking the braids down make sure you do a deep condition.
